Being in the midst of a stressful health issue, I decided to reach out to do Yoga with Rachel and experience her Ayurvedic Marma treatment. Normally I am not able to fully relax, but Rachels knowledge of how to combine breath with yoga exercises and the Marma treatment helped me reach total relaxation. She is great at customizing yoga classes so that you feel comfortable and capable participating. She’s the best!
Rachel has been a gift to The Pearl Project! We serve children with a history of trauma, and her yoga classes disarmed fear and promoted peace in the children who often live in fight/flight or freeze mode. Her holistic approach helped the kids learn how to regulate their bodies and, more importantly, to see their value.
My anxiety and the pace of life got so bad I developed a stomach ulcer and started having panic attacks. Rachel’s coaching grew my awareness and gave me tools to make the life changes I needed to have peace.
