What is holistic coaching?
In holistic coaching you will find an approach that includes body, mind and soul as a whole. The definition of holistic is relating to the idea that things should be studied as a whole and not just as a sum of their parts.
If you have reoccurring complaints, such as; stress, anxiety, headaches, discomfort after meals, tiredness, lack of energy, my sessions can help you bring changes into your life. Together, we will go on a journey and discover what the source of your problems could be. With a personalized plan you will receive tools that make practical steps for improvement, and journey toward wholeness.
In my coaching sessions, you will experience this holistic perspective through the combination of
Gentle conversations about physical, mental and emotional health
Discussing your diet, eating pattern and habits related to food and drinks
Body, mind and soul healing work through, Yoga Nidra, Breath work and Ayurveda
Careful consideration of the psychological source of complaints and/or illness
My coaching sessions always begin with an intake meeting, simply answer a few questions, and by completing the form linked to the button below, we can begin the first step in your wellness journey together.

I have gathered experience in this field of work over the past 15 years, through my work as :
· coaching of emotional-social behavior for children and their parents
· 3-year Yoga and Meditation education in Europe
· 10 years’ experience of leading Yoga and meditation classes and private sessions customized for clients needs
· 1-year training Ayurvedic Marma Massage plus workshop in Indian Head massage
· 6 years’ experience of Ayurvedic massages with intake meetings and aftercare
· 1-year training in teaching Yoga for children
· 10 years’ experience leading classes and workshops Yoga for children
. 3 years of training to become a Yoga-teacher for adults
· Creative Coaching for Children
· Touching ChildCare for mutual child massage in school.
Holistic coaching sessions take place on Monday or Wednesday between 1pm and 3pm on Tuesday or Friday between 10am and 3pm.
